Welcome to Z Core Manager. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Z Core Manager educational center management system ("Service") provided by Z Core Manager ("we," "our," or "us").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Service Description

Z Core Manager is an educational center management system designed to help educational centers manage students, track attendance, process payments, and organize educational years.

The Service is primarily available in Egypt and is designed for users who are 12 years of age or older.

3. Account Registration and Eligibility

To use our Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and your educational center.

You must be at least 12 years old to use the Service. As our Service is designed for educational center management, we expect most users to be adult administrators, teachers, or staff members of educational centers.

4. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect and process the following personal information:

• Administrators: Name, email address, and phone number.
• Students and Guardians: Name, phone number, and email address.

We may share certain data with our database service provider, Cockroach, for the purpose of storing and managing your data securely.

User data is retained after account closure until our next scheduled deletion cycle, which occurs on the 1st of every month. However, we maintain backups of data for system integrity and to address potential errors.

5. Security Measures

We take data security seriously and implement appropriate security measures through our third-party database provider to protect your information. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

6. Pricing and Payment

Z Core Manager offers paid subscription plans on a monthly or per-term basis. Free trials may be available upon request to management or through promotional offers initiated by our team.

Payment information is stored for record-keeping purposes only. At present, no actual payment transactions occur through the website. All payment arrangements are managed externally.

Refunds are available within the first 10 days of a new subscription period. To request a refund, please contact our management team.

There are no fees for early cancellation of the service.

7. Service Availability and Maintenance

We strive to maintain high availability of our Service, but we do not provide specific uptime guarantees at this stage of our development.

In the event of service unavailability, your data is protected through our regular backup procedures. We also have crisis control measures in place to address unexpected outages.

We will notify users of planned maintenance or outages through WhatsApp messages and our status page.

8. User Content and Ownership

Users retain ownership of all content they create or upload to the Service. This includes but is not limited to student records, attendance data, payment records, and other information entered into the system.

By using our Service, you grant us a license to store, display, and process your content as necessary to provide and maintain the Service.

9. Testimonials and Feedback

We may use user testimonials and feedback for marketing purposes, but only with the explicit permission of the user providing the testimonial or feedback.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts in cases of service abuse, including but not limited to: attempted unauthorized access, attacks on our servers, sharing of access credentials, or any other activities that threaten the integrity or security of our system.

Account termination processes are conducted through WhatsApp messaging to ensure clear communication.

11. Updates to Terms of Service

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of any significant changes through WhatsApp messages and notifications on our platform.

12. System-Generated Reports and Accuracy

As Z Core Manager is currently in beta, system-generated reports may not be 100% accurate. Users should verify critical information and use reports as informational tools rather than definitive sources for critical decisions.

13. Student ID Card Usage

Student ID cards generated through our system are designed primarily for tracking attendance. Future updates may include additional functionality and potential collaborations with other organizations to provide added benefits for cardholders.

14. Mobile Features and QR Code Scanning

Our mobile features, including QR code scanning for attendance, require camera access on your device. By using these features, you grant permission for the app to access your device's camera for the specific purpose of scanning codes.

15. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Z Core Manager shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Service
